Our Factory
Wang Bao Enterprise Co., Ltd. is located in Yunlin County, Taiwan with a factory covering an area of 5,400 square meters. The company specializes in the production of ballpoint pens, rollerball pens, pencils, figurine pens, and various other pens and stationery gift items. After obtaining the Tokyo Disney FAMA factory certification in 2012, the company has continued to OEM custom pens for international theme parks such as Disney and Universal Studios. Since 2015, it has also consistently passed the BSCI factory certification.
The factory is equipped with injection machines ranging from 80 tons to 200 tons, heat transfer printing machines, and automatic pen refill assembly machines. With dedicated molding and injection departments, in-house assembly lines, packaging, and quality control production lines, the factory's monthly production capacity reaches up to 1,200,000 units.
Sales and Production Offices
The Sales and Design Department is responsible for business development, and the Factory Management Department handles production, delivery schedules, and quality control.
Mold Room and Storeroom
Molds and various materials within the factory are strictly controlled and managed by dedicated department personnel to ensure proper storage.
Factory Machinery and Equipment
Equipped with injection machines, transfer printing machines, and automatic pen refill assembly machines, the factory is capable of complete in-house manufacturing for all OEM products.
